Strength &. Conditioning Description: (SP) SPORT PERFORMANCE is designed to improve your young athlete’s base level of strength and conditioning in order to provide an edge when developing sport specific skills. Each class will include coached weight lifting movements and end with a varied conditioning session (barbell experience not required, we will teach you the fundamentals)
When: Wednesday - 6pm-8pm (ALL GIRLS)
