A2D Elite Girls Basketball Academy partners with Bethesda Mission Youth Center to launch second location at NEW YOUTH CENTER to empower young girls in Allison Hill community to be confident & elite on and off the court

Amazing!! Brand New Second Location for A2D Girls Basketball Academy to serve young girls and families in the Allison Hill Area

Youth Manager:

The main idea is not just to get the girls working out and having fun, but to build confidence and to teach them that people here care about them., and giving them a positive influence, helping them build character, find their identity, to be better citizens, and have a good time!

Dream Coordinator:

We [at Bethesda Mission Community Center] are working with kids in elementary school, helping them to cultivate creativity, get them to dream, and allow that to carry them through middle school, high school, so that they don’t lose their dreams, but continue with them.  This is the first part of the program [at Bethesda Mission] to where they can start a dream, and then to go and inspire that dream, and to reach their dreams, and to see all of the programs collaborating and working together.

The way I see A2D helping our kids: Definitely giving them their own self-confidence, and their own image, and allowing them to say “I don’t care what the world has to say about where I should find my value, how I should look, but rather they should find that within themselves ”
