DELIVERABLES -
- Contracted as “Director of Media ” responsible for the content exposure delivery of girls
and boys programs throughout YOUTH DREAMS NY organization.
This proposal is broken down into (First), 5 areas of need to grow and expand your brand &
sustain client attraction and retention with a FOCUS on video & design production &
(Second) our overall scope of work
Areas of Need:
1. Basketball
2. VolleyBall
Scope of Work: Our overall scope of work will be deliverable across all (2 areas of need)
Internal Content/Brand Creation & Management
Content/Brand Creation Management:
● Capture Content as needed for specific organizational branding and marketing campaigns
and projects.
● Create social media content specific to brand: Posters, Offer /Committed Graphics,
Tournament schedule graphics, Player Write Up Designs & Interviews.
Internal Content & Brand Management:
Social Media Management:
● Help manage the weekly marketing and brand campaigns via Instagram, Facebook etc ..
● Creatively construct marketing campaigns that help to attract local & regional clients for both boys
& girls.
● Monitor daily engagement from stakeholders (Players, Parents, Potential Players, etc) and
respond with engagement accordingly by (resharing post, commenting on post, etc).
Also Included:
● Content Strategy Session: Initial meeting to outline the content themes, goals, and any specific
campaigns or promotions. Review sessions to assess content performance and refine upcoming
content plans via Zoom.
● Pre-Production: Planning and scripting for each video, ensuring a clear structure and objectives
are in place.
● Post-Production: Editing to create a polished final product, including the addition of engaging
graphics, licensed background music, and basic motion graphics for branding consistency.
● Optimization: Formatting videos for optimal performance on various platforms, such as YouTube,
Instagram, Facebook, and the client's website, including the creation of shorter clips or teasers
for social media promotion.

TIME INVESTMENT TO COMPLETE DELIVERABLES -
Number of Post per week/month: 12 post weekly and 48 post monthly

Our time invested to accomplish deliverables:
● Social Media Manager: (3 hrs Weekly / 12 hrs Monthly)
● Content Creation & Management of post : (13 hrs Weekly / 52 hrs Monthly)
● 16 hrs per week/64 hrs per month
This does not included travel to Long Island*
